Enrichment Coach

A message from Grady L. Dobbs:

I am honored that you would consider me to be your coach. In making that decision, you should know something about my approach, my style, my beliefs and my expectations.

Why I coach...

Rather than being something I "choose to do," coaching is more of an expression of who I am. I choose to commit a limited portion of my time to coaching, despite the fact that other work I do can be more financially rewarding,

So why do I do it? Because nothing is more fulfilling and satisfying than personally assisting others who are dedicated to improving themselves and their lot in life. It brings me great satisfaction to see them recognize their true potential and to see that potential realized, knowing they are enjoying the personal and financial rewards of their dedicated work to improve themselves, and watching them continue to make a better world for themselves and for those around them.

Seeing them come vibrantly alive keeps me vibrantly alive.

Some idea of what I believe...

I consider myself to be a "Practical Idealist." I believe we are spiritual beings living in a physical human body, and that both are vitally important. I believe that we each have a unique purpose in life, that our greatest answers are waiting within each of us, and that our greatest challenge is coming to know ourselves well enough to discover those secrets. I believe life is meant to be wonderful, and also that it is too short and too precious to be wasted through inaction and excuses for that inaction. I feel that the only true insanity is to continue doing the same things we have been doing, yet actually expecting different and better results.

My coaching style...

I am told that my approach is often intensely personal, encouraging, intuitive, humorous, compassionate, and very supportive. However, I am not the ideal coach for everyone. I can also be blunt: I will not hesitate to call you on any failure to be truthful to yourself, and I will firmly point it out if you are avoiding the actions necessary to achieve the goals you have determined you want to achieve. I expect a great deal -- especially personal honesty, commitment and dedication -- from those I coach.

My commitment to coaching anyome is not something I take lightly. As a result, I consciously choose to spend my coaching time with individuals who have a true commitment and strong desire, and who are unwilling to remain in the "comfortable discomfort of the known." I work with people who are willing to make the changes necessary to get the results they really want, who will stretch themselves to act in new ways to get improved results and to experience productive personal and professional growth.

If you sincerely desire to express more of who you really are...to become the powerful, abundant and loving person you are fully capable of being...if you are coachable and you are ready to take active steps to achieve your objectives, I would enjoy discussing the possibility of entering into a coaching relationship with you.

What I want for you . . .

If you feel my coaching could be right for you, you might like to know that, for the limited number of people I can accept to coach, there are some higher level aspiratations I have for you...but these are not requirements I make of you. Rather, they are meaningful realities that I believe you can create and achieve in your life.

  • To discover the dignity of your being, the beauty of your dreams, and the importance of your guiding vision...to establish a path to move toward them...and to orient your life around them.
  • To establish and follow a clear and stable financial plan that will allow you to achieve financial independence as soon as possible.
  • To have clear mental, emotional and spiritual understanding of yourself, and a ready command of the language you need to clearly and deeply express your ideas and feelings to others.
  • To establish a powerful personal belief foundation that will endure any challenge, yet to remain open to new ideas.
  • To develop a personal integrity that refuses to allow you to knowingly harm others in any manner.
  • To know deep in your essence that your source of supply is infinite, and that your abundance never comes at the cost of hurting or impoverishing others.
  • To be able to be alone with yourself...and to enjoy the company.
  • To live in an environment of healthy, supportive people.
  • To thoroughly enjoy your family, your friends, and your work.
  • To put yourself first and recognize that others must do the same for themselves.
  • To release any sense of the world as a dismal or hostile place, and to recognize the universe is a place of infinite support and harmony.
  • To live a joyful and abundant life that is mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually balanced.
  • For your life to be lived with love, light and laughter!
  • To be at peace with yourself in the ever present NOW.
  • Wishing you the best of success...
