Are you ready for coaching?

How is your personal life today? Are you content? ...complacent? ...dissatisfied?
What's working for you?
What's not working for you?

-- Do you have an isolated or "lone ranger" lifestyle?

Your answers help to reveal the difference between where you currently are and where you want to be.
The other side of the coaching equation is that we can accept only a limited number of personal one-on-one coaching clients, so it is important that they are both ready and sincere in their commitment to our coaching relationship.
You also need to make sure you are prepared for what entering a coaching relationship will require of you. Can you sincerely answer "yes" to at least 12 of these questions?
I truly believe that living a joyful, balanced life is very important.
I am ready, willing, and able to make changes in my life.
I am willing to look at my whole truth and share it with my coach.
I am willing and prepared to stop or change self-defeating behaviors and/or limiting beliefs.
I am open to new ways of doing things and try new approaches.
I am ready, willing, and able to invest in myself and the coaching process.
I am open learning new ideas and techniques, and have a passion to grow as a person.
I am fully willing to be coachable, to do the work, and to let the coach be a coach.
I can picture myself as "successful"... and have a good idea of what that looks like.
I am willing to make and keep carry out the time commitment necessary to make each coaching appointment, focused, on time, and without distractions during the session
I am willing and prepared to complete the weekly homework my coach assigns me.
I am ready to set both major and minor goals, and then consistently and persistently work toward them.
I am ready to take action to create in my life what I'd like to do, have, and be.
I know I don't HAVE to have a coach to succeed...but I'm smart enough to WANT a coach.
I am ready to accept responsibility for my own success and happiness in life, rather than expecting anyone else...including my coach...to fix the problems for me.
Now is the right time for me to enter into and embrace a coaching relationship.
If you are sincerely prepared to commit to the steps you would need to take, if you would like to finally bridge those gaps between where you are and where you want to be, and if you want to get those results more quickly than you would otherwise be able to, then a personal coaching relationship could be very productive for you.
